Account help
Forgot your password? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to get a reset link by email. If your account has no confirmed email or you can't get in, email us with your username and we'll help.
Purchases and memberships
Purchases arrive in your account within seconds of payment. If something didn't arrive, email us with your username and the email address on the receipt (no card details, please). To cancel a supporter membership, email us from your account's address and we'll cancel it; you keep the perks until the end of the month you've paid for.
Reporting a player
The quickest way is in the game. During a battle, press Esc and click a pilot's name in the chat to report a message or report them for cheating. After a battle, use the flag next to a pilot on the results screen. Reports include the chat and battle statistics, so we can review them properly.
Feedback and bug reports
Signed-in players can press Leave feedback on the main menu to send ideas, balance notes or bug reports straight to us. You can also email them; if it's a bug, tell us what you were doing and what device and browser you use.

To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email us from the address on your account. See the privacy policy for details.
